Annapolis Police Department Reports Fraud Incident

From the police blotter this morning:

Fraud (Sunday, September 27, 8:02 PM) – A victim reported to police that electronics that she had purchased from three men selling merchandise out of a car in a parking lot in the 1900 block of West Street did not work and appeared to be fraudulent. The investigation is continuing.
No investigation necessary. I mean really, what was the “victim” thinking? Maybe her luck will turn around and she will be the lucky recipient of the proceeds of a long lost Nigerian relative’s estate.
