Zina Pierre Makes It Official: She’s Out!

At 11:25am this morning, the embattled democratic candidate for Mayor, Zina Pierre submitted her withdrawal certificate. In a 11:46am email to the Election Board, the current Mayor, current Aldermen, and the respective party chairmen, Regina Eldridge stated:
