		<description>Let&#039;s not forget that The Capital ALSO chose not to report on then-governor Parris Glendening&#039;s affair with a $100,000-a-year &quot;aide,&quot; until the Washington Post broke the story.  The scandal, of course, destroyed Glendening&#039;s family, and --oh, yeah-- cost us taxpayers millions of dollars in unofficial &quot;getaways.&quot;  But The Capital is an Annapolis newspaper, written in Annapolis, edited in Annapolis, published in Annapolis, concerns the news of Annapolis...nope, can&#039;t see why the wrecklessness of major political figures in Annapolis should be of concern to The Capital!   ;)</description>
