Elbert Gardner Confesses To Double Murder
Elbert Garner, has confessed to murdering the two people in Admiral Heights late Tuesday night according to a WBAL-TV report . Apparently, Garner was living in the basement of the home where the two bodies were found.
As The Arundel Muckraker discovered yesterday, Gardiner had recently moved from his home on Chatham Lane off of Hilltop Lane in Annapolis into the rancher at 11 Goodrich Road. The Muckraker also discovered that the Chatham Lane property was in foreclosure.
The relationship and identity of the two victims is unknown and exactly how the 12-year old boy who is said to have reported the incident is related.
