Defense Attorney Alludes To Sloppy Police Work
The Arundel Muckraker was in court this afternoon listening to testimony in the Javel George case. From reading the column, it seems that George’s attorney is looking to move the case back to juvenile court and it citing poor police work to acquit his client.
George’s attorney is citing the police did not allow George’s parents to be present while he was being questioned, and is questioning how the police verified that George was not at the scene; yet have charged him with manslaughter.
