The No BS Zone is reporting that former County Executive, Janet Owens may be gearing up to launch a bid to topple current County Executive John Leopold in the next election.
The website cites a loophole in the County code which will allow her to run and also cites sources that claim that she would seriously consider a campaign.
This would make the Dems very happy and the Reps very concerned!
