That is a very late-in-the-year transfer, especially for a high school student. Wouldn't most want to wait until the beginning of the next school year? The Capital quoted a spokesman at the Board of Ed saying they weren't aware of the reason for the transfer, but it sure sounds like maybe there is more to this story as relates to Arundel.
