A Resource Manual For A Bad Economy

| April 15, 2009 at 10:22 am

recessionWhile the economy seems to be on the top of everyone’s mind, Anne Arundel County’s Department of Aging and Disabilities has produced a booklet outlining steps on how to deal with the economy. While geared toward our senior and disabled residents, it is a very useful resource for anyone who is struggling a little or a lot in this economy.

Eye On Annapolis is pleased to offer the the manual, entitled, “STEPS To Surviving The Economy” (Downloadable in PDF format)

“We know this is a difficult time financially for many of our elderly and disabled county residents,” says County Executive John R. Leopold. “This booklet provides clear directions that they can follow to improve their lives.”

For more information, call the MAP/Information and Assistance Program at the Department of Aging and Disabilities at 410-222-4257; visit the Department of Aging and Disabilities at 2666 Riva Road, Fourth Floor, Annapolis; or see the department’s website at www.aacounty.org/aging.
