		<description>Why on God&#039;s green earth would you get involved in a scheme to refinance your home with a guy you are in the process of kicking out? There have been many stories about people doing these &quot;too good to be true&quot; deals only to find that the fine print does not indicate a refinance but an actual sale. There was a  woman in Arnold (I think) that thought she was re-financing with a company at a hardship loan, but once the papers were signed, it turns out that the &quot;company&quot; owned her house and now as the landlord wanted to evict her.</description>
