A Democratic Candidate For Ward 6 In Annapolis

| March 14, 2009 | 1 Comment

Kenny Kirby has thrown his hat in the ring for Alderman for the Sixth Ward in Annapolis.  Just this past Thursday, at Capital Punishment’s Sip N Blog at Ahh Coffee, Republican candidate Greg Stiverson laid out his agenda for the same ward.  You can see Kenny’s developing website here.

In an email sent this afternoon, Kenny says:

Friends:

As some of you know, I have been thinking a lot lately about our city and
its future.  Especially about our Ward 6, where I live and ran for Alderman
in the 1990s.

I’ve have now decided the time for thinking has ended and the time for
action is near.

I will have news in the next few days about my plans.  I hope I could enjoy
your support to bring real representation back to the citizens of Ward 6.
Until then, I’d appreciate your thoughts and support.  I’ve started the
beginnings of a website:  www.kennykirby.com.  Please take a look.

And thanks for being a concerned Annapolitan!

Kenny
