		<description>Wow, very interesting.  So even the mayor of Annapolis is feeling the heat.  It seems paranoia among elected officials fearing the reach and influence of bloggers is beginning to spread.  I say GOOD!  Let it spread like a virus, let it become epidemic throughout the land.

If bloggers are to be the last independent watchmen in America, so be it.  Not self aggrandizement, but seriously, we bloggers are literally influencing public policy, and shedding further light on government that so often prefers to dwell in darkness.

The detractors and naysayers can say as they please, but clearly, if one were to listen closely to these elected officials, THEY KNOW THAT BLOGGERS ARE HAVING AN IMPACT!
