		<description>It appears that Josh Cohen is throwing his hat into the race for mayor.  Yet again he is starting a new campaign without finishing one term of the office that he was elected to.  This is plain arrogance on his part and he is just another Moyer retread.   Josh keep your ass in your council seat and finish out the term you were elected to,  then move on to wider pastures.</description>
